DMCA Policy (Copyright Infringement Notices)

Effective: October 27, 2026

Dealboja respects the intellectual property of others and responds to notices of copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. §512, the “DMCA”). If you believe content shown on Dealboja, such as a product image or description, infringes your copyright, please report it as described below.

1. How to send a notice

Your notice must include all of the following (17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3)). A notice missing any of them may not be processed.

  1. A physical or electronic signature (with name) of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed (or a list, if several works)
  3. Where the infringing material is — the exact address (URL) of the Dealboja page or image you want removed or disabled
  4. Your contact information — name, address, phone number and email address
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law
  6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf

2. Where to send it (DMCA Designated Agent)

Attn: DMCA Designated Agent

To report online, please use our contact page (copyright infringement notice). Notices may be written in English or Korean.

When we receive a valid notice, we promptly remove or disable access to the material and, where possible, let the user who posted it know.

3. Counter-notices

If you believe material you posted was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice. It must include all of the following (17 U.S.C. §512(g)(3)).

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled, and where it appeared before removal
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
  4. Your name, address and phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the US federal district court for your address (or, if you live outside the US, for the district where the Operator is located), and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the notice or their agent

When we receive a valid counter-notice, we forward a copy to the person who sent the original notice, and may restore the material unless they tell us within 10–14 business days that they have filed a court action.

4. Repeat infringers

In appropriate circumstances, Dealboja limits posting by, or blocks, users who repeatedly infringe copyrights.

5. False claims

Under DMCA §512(f), anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may be liable for the resulting damages, including attorneys’ fees. If you are not sure whether material infringes, please consult a lawyer first.

6. Trademarks and other rights

Reports about other rights, such as trademarks, can also be sent through our contact page; we will review them and take action.
